About the Position
As an order processing clerk, you are the central hub between our customers, production, and logistics. You maintain an overview, coordinate schedules, and ensure that every order runs smoothly from receipt through delivery.
You work in an established office team and serve as a contact person for our customers — by phone, email, and on-site when needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Communication with customers, sales representatives, and suppliers
- Creating order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices
- Coordinating deadlines and quantities with production and logistics
- Maintaining order and master data in the ERP system
- Handling complaints in coordination with the quality department
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in order processing or a comparable position
- Confident handling of MS Office and an ERP system
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), English advantageous
- Structured working method and organizational skills
- Customer orientation and strong communication abilities
