Flexographic Press Operator (m/f/d)

About the role

As a press operator at Flexopack, you operate state-of-the-art 8-colour flexographic presses and are responsible for producing high-quality printed products on paper, film and composite materials.

You work in a well-coordinated production team with short decision-making paths and the opportunity to develop your skills on the latest generation of machines. Our site in Allhaming offers a modern working environment in a growing company with a family history.

Your tasks

• Operating and setting up 8-colour flexographic presses
• Monitoring the printing process and ensuring colour quality
• Carrying out setup procedures and minor maintenance work
• Documenting production parameters and quality values
• Close collaboration with quality control and prepress
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (ISO 22000)

Your profile

• Completed technical training or experience in the printing sector
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work shifts (two-shift model)
• Quality awareness and a precise way of working
• Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
• Experience with colour-mixing systems is an advantage
